At this point I wonder if they got phone records for her own phone for incoming calls? As a ammended complaint I would assume you use more facts you have to stand on as that complaint will be what any dismissal are based on or later facts and the complaint. I’m assuming your working towards the goals of getting through that and a second go at it you would have more info even your own. How far of a date change is it?
