Recipe: Ingredients • 1 lb ground beef • 1/2 small onion, diced • 8 oz cream cheese • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1 tbsp yellow mustard • 1 tbsp ketchup • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar, divided • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles, drained • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled • salt and pepper • ridged potato chips Directions 1. Heat oven to 375°F 2. Brown beef with onion; drain and season 3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, ketchup and 1 cup cheddar; fold in beef and pickles 4. Spread in oven-safe skillet, top with remaining cheese and bake 15–20 minutes until hot 5.
