Got that very call. Holstein bull mashed my dad on ground for a min. Only bull we had for the heifers. We had to dart him to load him. He had 4 cases of 410 in his hide when I drug him in a trailer. Never trust a bull.

I have dealt with cattle my whole life. We used to be dairy and converted to beef. Nothing gets as mean as a Holstein bull. Since we were the only registered herd around we kept a lot of around 25 bulls we sold for breeding bulls. Those Holsteins get evil.

I knew a 87 year old dairy farmer that was killed by a cow. That man was still really quick and he knew Cattle inside and out. Anything with balls is dangerous, but the old cows be crazy too sometimes.

Was 8 months pregnant and checking on the cows when all that kept me safe was the two head gates we had in the yard and I could hull my butt over them, after a few back and forth I was able to run out. That was 24 years ago we kept the bull for a few years after but I refused to go anywhere near him.
