Don't get me a wrong AI it's a good thing, but also a bad thing. Because it depends on how you use it. Let's say for example, if you rely heavily on it. Yes, it's a bad thing. But if you use it to assist, you and not do the work for you, it's good but if you do need that extra hand and can't find someone or pay someone that is equivalent to your level. AI can also be good but don't let it be used or rely on it too much. That's when it becomes a bad thing. Like everything else
