I think white ppl could be jupiter. Expansion even a the detriment of other ppl/colonization. Jupiter depends whether good or bad.

Saturn is associated with karmic debt, financial debt and slavery. Yep maybe, but Saturn means that you suffer and then you learn lessons and you eventually gain long-lasting rewards in the long-run

I also feel like our suffering is technically manufactured we were not inherently meant to suffer it was put on us

yeah I literally have zero 4th house placements and my Saturn is in domicile, but I do have 8h sun and 11h moon so I think they're on to something.

I think black people can be attributed to Saturn but in the same breath, you could also connect us to Venus. A lot of the wealth of the world is made off of our backs. A lot of the world’s culture is influenced by black culture. We’re the face of true social justice. We influence beauty standards. We’ve created movements in the luxury space. I could go on!

I think it’s cap too, there are way too many variations of how a chart could play out for her to make that Analysis on only a few charts that she’s read. Astrology is bigger than race it’s about the soul which has no race

I feel like Black people are Saturn because Saturn does rule the colour black in general (im pretty sure Valens and William Lilly mention it). It also rules the earth and all the minerals within it and Africa is the most minerals rich continent that is continuously exploited for its resources. Saturn is also time, tradition, that which is old and Africa is literally the beginning of humanity. Not to mention the constant building through struggle Black people have to go through. I also think white people are Mercury. I saw people mention Jupiter because of the over expansion but Jupiter always does things out of good intentions whereas Mercury does things for its own benefit and for the plot. Not to mention Mercury literally takes on the nature of whatever planet its around and white people love to culturally appropriate and be in other peoples business lmfaoo. Mercury is also the only planet thats exalted in its own sign and i feel like thats very akin to whiteness believing its so advanced above other cultures that it only sees value in itself until its time to take from others.

Things are always of the nature of more than one planet. It’s a combination of things always, just like a birth chart. At least as someone who’s following a more Hellenistic tradition, we see this in the signs themselves via things like the bounds, decans, sect, and even via triplicity. One planet does not rule without the influence of others/other factors.

Omg, this is just what I was asking another astrologer here on tiktok, with me it wasn't just race but, gender too esp sth like traditional western astrology or hellenestic, there is barely any exploration of women's charts, almost everything native is a man like, sure in that time women didn't have rights but did that influence expression of planets. Like if a woman was all mars all they could say unruly wife and daughter.

I feel like it makes sense as a conceptual framework related to race instead of literally?

I’m not really a fan of assigning races to individual planets at all, but then again I also don’t really rock with assigning a lot of physical appearances to planets either - they all become really slippery slopes for unhealthy generalizations. I agree with ya 100 percent bout the 4th house connection that ppl try to force there

You need to look at America’s birth chart .. We have so much more than suffering . We have ingenuity. We have creativity. We have strength and power and resilience

Me personally, I don’t like to subscribe to it because of the fact that they’re saying that Cancer/Leo rules white people, if you look at it opposite wise, and as a black Cancer stellium + Leo Mars (chart ruler) I‘d be DAMNED

I agree, wouldn’t apply a race to a particular planet - but can definitely see how the Saturnian themes of marginalisation, alienation and discrimination can apply to us. Similar to how it can reflect marginalised groups more widely as a whole. It’s interesting, I’m a Black British, Lesbian, agnostic with ADHD - I have a Saturn-ruled 12th house and 1st house. As I get older and realise more about myself, I can definitely see how these things would put me more at odds with wider society, but even in my own community to some extent.

I totally agree with you. not only does assigning the planets way oversimplify race but it also way oversimplifies astrology

I see a lot of black people with Saturn as their dominant planet even if their chart ruler is benefic! But idk if there is a correlation

Cap rising :
I think it’s a good think piece to correlate race and astrology. Nothing wrong with speaking about what you observe. It’s an interesting concept. I’m black and Saturn is in my first house. Also a cap rising and cap is first house in Saturn so I feel it hard lol

I think the structure of white supremacy itself would actually be more Saturnian in nature.
