@mayamovestosf: what an sf apartment tour won't show you, 7 things to check while you're standing in it. run the water, open every window, phone out in every room, listen for the bus, listen to the walls, count the closets, come back after dark and if a question hits you halfway through, text it to Fairway Rent. it stays with you through the tour, so you can ask right there in the hallway. free for renters what would you add to this list?
