Great Explanation. We need more of this and all of us need to share this because of the excellent way you lay this out. Looking back, and I'm nearly 63 y.o. , I believe there was a culture started by the Rs against Bill Clinton that has persisted as a "Payback" by Democrats to use the Impeachment process, which is for "Treason, Bribery and other High Crimes and Misdemeanors". This should be amended because of the reclassification of the grounds for Misdemeanors. Almost everything is a misdemeanor now including Jay Walking or other nonsense. The culture of Impeachment is way too commonly thrown around quickly by Democrats now. This is insanity but it's on purpose to stop an agenda they disagree with but lost to. They tout Democracy but openly oppose its results, simply because their ideals didn't fly with the majority of the "States"! Not the voters because we are NOT a pure Democracy and this is what they despise.
