Brandon 🥸 :
Kd and that guy were friends from kindergarten, the guy always wore his hat backwards and told kd if he ever wore his hat forwards, it meant he had ☠️kd’s family. Thats why he tapped the brim and kd shook his head

Real explanation, he had a golden state hat on, he tapped it signaling to come back to golden state, and KD shook his head because he didn’t want to

Kd and that dude were in the same store shopping and they both wanted that hat. The guy got it before kd that’s why he pointed at it and why kd shook his head

Kd and that guy used to be friends, but when he got that hat… everything changed. He went on a rampage of k¡llings around the US and when Kd spoke out against him. He showed up, pointed at the hat signaling he was in a world of pain and torture after the game. Kd shook his head fighting tears knowing this was his last day. The kd we know now is a skinsuit the man in the hat wears everyday impersonating him with his own skin

Simple as this, KD was looking at the texas fan because he had a texas shirt on (Kd's college team) and the texas fan noticed this and pointed to his warriors hat (the team KD was playing against, and his former nba team he won back to back chips with)

Apparently mafia, time travel, rivalry, but it was a fan reminding him who he used to play for.

The guy kd looked at used to hoop in the park with him as a kid. He tapped his hat because he knew they could never go back to doing that again.
