Mini Churros Bites 🍫✨ 🇫🇷FR / ENG🇬🇧 Ingrédients 🗒️ 140ml d’eau 45g de beurre demi-sel 30g de sucre 110g de farine 2 œufs Pour servir : Sucre Nutella 🍫 Préparation 👩🏻‍🍳 1. Dans une casserole, faites chauffer l’eau avec le beurre demi-sel et le sucre jusqu’à ce que le beurre soit complètement fondu. 2. Éteignez le feu, puis ajoutez la farine en une seule fois. Mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène. 3. Rallumez le feu et faites dessécher la pâte pendant environ 3 minutes en mélangeant constamment. 4. Transférez la pâte dans un récipient et laissez-la refroidir pendant environ 10 minutes. 5. Ajoutez les œufs un à un en mélangeant bien entre chaque ajout, jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène et souple. 6. Transférez la pâte dans une poche à douille munie d’une douille cannelée 6B. 7. Faites chauffer l’huile. Pressez la poche à douille au-dessus de l’huile chaude et coupez la pâte en petits morceaux pour former les mini churros. 8. Faites-les frire jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient bien dorés et croustillants. 9. Égouttez-les puis enrobez-les immédiatement de sucre. 10. Turn the heat back on and cook the dough for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, to dry it out. 4. Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool for about 10 minutes. 5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, until you get a smooth and soft dough. 6. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a 6B star piping tip. 7. Heat the oil. Pipe the dough directly into the hot oil and cut it into small pieces to form mini churros. 8. Fry until golden brown and crispy. 9. Drain and immediately toss them in sugar. 10.
