@estefisaavy: My recent hospital stay brought an unexpected possibility… in a good way. With health anxiety, it’s easy for me to feel something different and immediately think something is wrong. What I hadn’t considered was that my health could be improving and my medication needs might be changing too. I thought I’d be on blood pressure medication for the rest of my life. Now there’s a possibility I could come off it with my doctor’s guidance. Something I honestly never imagined for myself. 🥹 If you’re working on losing weight, getting stronger, or simply feeling better… please keep going. I know it can feel slow, but progress isn’t always something you see in a picture or on the scale. Everyone’s journey is different, and needing medication doesn’t take away from your progress. This possibility just reminded me how far I’ve come so don’t count yourself out. Every small step matters, even when you can’t see where it’s taking you yet. ♥️
