I’m trying to figure out if continuing is worth the palladium annual fee. Just for mortgage points alone. I use the 1.25 points for mortgage. And pay about $3,800/minth. 4,750 points a month 57,000 points a year.

Point accelerator was only for Bilt cash option so not even sure if that exist for the housing only option so there’s no way to actually use the 600 Bilt cash besides the random other stuff. More clarification is needed with the changes.

I want clarification - can we use the $200 bilt cash on a single 1-night stay ? Essentially getting $200 off a hotel stay of 1 night twice per year on the Palladium. If so, I can work with that.

my spending changes month to month and i rarely ever spend over my rent cost so the housing only option is not the move for me. when they force me out of the 4% option i'll def have to reconsider keeping the card, esp with the $100 monthly hotel nerf. at the very least they should add some more bilt cash redemptions that arent god awful. walgreens coupon for 10 a month and 10 off a lyft, or that god awful "bilt swag" dont hold a candle to the 100 hotel lol

I maxed out the hotel benefits in 2026, using $100 Bilt cash to book hotels every month and stacked with the $200 hotel credit in March and July. Losing this is a huge downgrade that has me doubting staying with the Palladium.

I just wish I could keep using the points booster. I’m going to opt to keep the Bilt cash because I think that is best until I see the new Bilt cash options they will offer in 2027. I have like $6k in Bilt cash and too far in to not be able to use it
