The Prophet ﷺ wept when his son passed away. His tears did not contradict his acceptance of Allah’s decree. Rather, they showed that a heart can be full of mercy while remaining completely submitted to Allah. We don't have to suppress our emotions to prove our trust in Allah. We can grieve what we've lost, feel the pain of separation, and still trust His wisdom. 🤲 The beautiful balance is to have mercy in your heart and acceptance of Allah’s decree in your soul.
