Sri Shaankari Parampara is a four-volume publication authored by His Holiness Sri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamigal (Bala Periyava), the 70th Jagadguru Shankaracharya of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham. Featuring colour photographs, the collection explains the significance of pooja utensils, flowers, leaves, herbs and traditional practices. It includes names in Tamil, English and Sanskrit, scientific names, references to Ayurvedic traditions, and 97 neivedyam and prasadam preparations. It is a valuable guide for youths, adults and families to appreciate our spiritual and cultural heritage. This initiative promotes awareness of Sanatana Dharma, with books to be distributed to Hindu organisations and Tamil schools. Proceeds from the books will support our temple’s building fund. Your presence would be an honour and a meaningful encouragement to this initiative.
