🥓🌭 Sticky Honey-Glazed Sausage Wraps ✨ Ingredients: * Beef, chicken or pork sausages @farmerschoice.ke * Streaky bacon * Honey @trufoodsltd * Mustard @heinzuk * Ketchup @peptang_ke * Cooking oil, for frying @freshfricookingoil Method: 1. Lay the streaky bacon flat on a clean surface. Place a sausage on top and gently wrap it with the bacon until fully covered. 2. Place the bacon-wrapped sausages in an oiled oven dish and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. If your oven decides not to cooperate like mine did, you can fry them instead! 😂 3. While the sausages are cooking, prepare the glaze. In a bowl, combine honey, mustard and ketchup. Eyeball the portions — you really can’t go wrong! Mix until smooth and well combined. 4. Once the bacon-wrapped sausages are golden and cooked through, coat them generously with the honey-mustard-ketchup glaze. 5. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the glazed sausages for a few minutes, turning occasionally, until beautifully caramelised and sticky. 6.
