Surely the long game for JD is better as if PRH are unreasonable she could rightly cause Hugh reputational damage to their brands by going to a competitor for a book deal and even better a Netflix documentary telling their dirty secrets if they have any evidence to the fact - people are rightly invested now in the truth coming out and book sales ETC could cause issues for them - even a slight dent tarnishes them

So they can limit the discovery by using leverage? But how would this benefit Jane does case if they significantly limit what evidence she can seek? Wouldn’t that potentially hurt her case? If they choose to not show her any damming evidence?
