Lmao. 😂 I have a genetic predisposition to sodium sensitivity, meaning my body is more sensitive to salt than most people’s, so I have to be careful with how much sodium I consume. I dislike too much salt. One small dash of salt is all I need. Ashley’s chicken would have me feeling like I tasted the Gulf of Mexico. 😅
