Had this happen to a guy that worked where I worked. Complained that security allowed someone to steal his tires. Come to find out he didn’t pay his note for like 2-3 months on his rent a tire and rim set 😂.

Our apartment had this happen five cars got hit in two hours, no one reported anything. Cameras supposedly didn’t catch anyone, etc. they came home to their tires gone and had to wait til the next day to complain to the leasing office. They wouldn’t help investigate until police were called nor would they reimburse them for the theft. I think it’s one of them or someone in the apartment tbh.
