We just removed ours for a vent but this was my fave in the bathroom 😭 specially the cold months I did t have to freeze after a shower, if you keep it clean nothing will catch fire, our would accumulate fuzzy stuff from the towels but never had issues

just make sure and check the wiring is connected properly and I would put a 20 amp GFCI breaker to where that heater goes and you should be good.
