I don’t know if this is actually a thing Kerry, but you know how some people have the “soap” gene with cilantro? I have the “dirt” gene with chipotle peppers.. I really want to love it.. but I can’t get past that dirt taste 😩

There are a few Italian restaurants here in Mexico where they do chipotle sauces with pasta and put seafood on top. Not very Italian but amazing !!!
