The screws bite into solid wood, so nothing pulls out of the wall. Take photos so you know where it is later after sheetrock is installed. Electrical is the one you can’t add later (at least not easily). Anything hardwired gets run while the walls are open. A bidet outlet next to the toilet costs almost nothing now, even if you never use it. Pick your shower niche size and spot early. Line it up with the tile layout so you don’t end up with skinny cut pieces around it. If the washer and dryer are in the closet, ask for a recessed dryer vent box. The dryer sits back against the wall instead of sticking out. Small stuff like this is easy to miss. I keep all of it in my checklist. It’s there if you need it.
