@jerseytalks_: After Dark | Rutherford 🌙 There's something about Park Avenue at night. The string lights hanging over the street, the storefronts glowing, and that small-town feeling right in the middle of Bergen County. The walk starts near the "Welcome to Rutherford" sign, where Social Club Records lights up the sidewalk in purple and Taqueria Nacho Libre brings a little color to the corner. A little farther down, Borough Hall is dressed for fall, with pumpkins and mums lining the steps. Nearby, the library, the old post office, and a World War I monument offer a reminder of just how much history is tucked into this part of town. And then there's First Presbyterian Church, its stone tower standing tall against the night sky. From the restaurants and little shops to the historic buildings, Park Avenue has a charm that's hard to miss, especially after dark.
