Someone needs to sit down and watch Hellraiser. Lol. Pinhead and the Cenobites are summoned when someone opens the Lament Configuration. They come to you, you don't go to them. Hence the line "You opened the box; we came." They are then taken to the Labyrinth to either become a Cenobite, or be tortured (in a sense). But it isn't Hell.
