Had that exact thing happened to my C15 Acert this summer, head cracked on every relief and 3 cylinders were scored lol ran fine just a little weak going up a hill only got hot loaded sometimes

Had a customers 5EK do this same thing a couple months ago. First time I’d ever seen a Cat pop a head gasket like that.

Is that on a N14 by chance? If it is could you please show what kind of head gaskets you put in and the differences on different types? I’ve heard there is specific gaskets that have a special grommet for coolant passages. Thanks

😆, when I was young, dad had an 3406a that we drained a gallon of antifreeze out of the base every morning. He had me drive it to work, I hit 5th, put the snot to it and poof, just like your video. Guess who that young fella was that had to do the motor swap.😉
