@brwsports: The Atlanta Dream issued a statement saying they flagged potential finals scheduling conflicts two months ago 🤯 Game 6 was originally scheduled for 10/29 at 8PM, conflicting with the Hawks’ 7PM game at State Farm Arena. After multiple days of negotiations, Game 6 was officially moved to State Farm Arena with a 12:30PM tip-off, while the Hawks game was pushed back to 8PM. So they identified a problem and then sat there and did nothing to prepare for it!!! Yes the WNBA set the date and times, BUT the teams select their own home venues. The Dream failed to arrange/book/rent a venue for their game!! They seen this problem and thought "feck it someone else can sort it!" Plus reportedly they never even tried other venues in the area that would be available, only one they looked to use was State Farm Arena!!
