I tried to leave detox AMA and the doctor asked me “how do I know you’re not going to hurt yourself when you leave?” And so I said “how do *I* know *you* aren’t going to leave here and hurt yourself? So anyways I got 5150’d and I’ve been clean since 2017. Forever grateful for that doctor
