Literally experience this yesterday and I explained to them multiple times like how to do the designs with the polkadots how I wanted and they didn’t get it so now at sometime this week I’m gonna have to go back in and have them redo my nails so now it’s cost me at least two hours of my life and I still hate them and they were $90
