I wonder if they understand that the older you get some things change. Especially if she is fresh off losing her mom. I used to be a Dare Devil. In my mid 30’s after my 2nd child was born who had lots of medical issues, I became scared of flying, hts, roller coasters. The older I get the more that stuff hits and I don’t know it until it happens. I’m not Cara so I can’t say, but I attributed it to life changes especially with her moms recent passing.

I think she is a Badass! this season. She overcame her FEAR blindfolded on the top of that building. She almost completed the color rings when NOT ONE of the women on the ENTIRE cast went further than she did. She NEVER gave up on ANY daily and competed with a painful massive uterine fibroid going all the way to the finals. A final she should have won if not for the double set of rules biased favorably to the Orange team.

no, I totally agree about the height challenge. Because later in the season, she has no problem being up high jumping across platforms… I was so surprised that nobody called her out on that.

Her mom just died give her a break. The show treated Nani like a damn hero when she came back after her mom died. Every episode was “look how strong and amazing she is”. And all they’ve done this season is let Cara get shit on. Give her a break damn.

I guess no one has lost a parent and had a breakup. Anxiety levels are super sensitive through grief and probably depression. I believe TJ was trying to remind her who she is not a quitter. He knows her so well…
