@hannagetshired: @deepica is the powerhouse founder of @livetinted, and this was honestly one of the most interesting conversations I’ve had about pointing all your ambition toward a single north star. Deepica grew up in the Girlboss era, when “CEO” felt like the only title that got you taken seriously, especially as someone who started out on YouTube. After seven or eight years of being founder AND CEO, she realized that holding onto both was slowly taking the joy out of each. So she brought in a CEO and went back to what she’s best at, which is storytelling and dreaming ⭐ BIG ⭐ for the brand.
