I grew up an this block from 1970. The Schlock Shop was all wood curio shop next to the small record store. They also sold Panama Hats and Newsboy Caps

I imagine they don't have to do a ton to return SF to its heyday in whole sections! A lot of the city is still very similar. Every time I see older shots I think about how much has really truly stuck around!
