#hoctienganh #tienganhmoingay #nguphaptienganh #tienganhonline #tienganhchonguoimatgoc

Hey, caregivers! Can we talk about something before we sit down at the holiday table this year? Who's taking care of YOU while you're busy taking care of everybody else? Holidays are hard for caregivers. You're tired before you even walk in the door. The cooking. The serving. The cleaning. The checking on Mom. The making sure Dad is comfortable. The making sure everybody has what they need. And somewhere in the middle of all that, the caregiver forgets to sit down. But here's something I want us to remember this holiday season. Being a caregiver does not mean you must become everybody's servant. You can love your family and still ask for help. You can care for someone and still enjoy your own meal. You can listen to someone's opinion without accepting their criticism. And you can set a boundary without giving a long explanation. This year, let's make room at the table for the person who has been caring for everyone. This year, I'm sitting down at the table too. 💜 After caring for everybody else all year, you don't owe anybody a performance at dinner. You don't have to smile through the fake comments. You don't have to clean up alone. Love your family. Show up. But bring your boundaries with you, right next to the sweet potato pie. You gave all year. Tonight, let someone pour into you. 🍽️A boundary isn't rude. It's how you keep loving people without losing yourself. #HealingForCaregivers #FollowMeAcrossTheBridge #CaregiverBoundaries #HolidayBoundaries #FamilyCaregiver
