I 100% believe they shot him in the back. one time I was sitting at this picnic table and I seen some cops pull up on this dude and he jumped off his bike and took off across the field. cops got out and started to chase him while yelling, " if you don't stop, I'm gonna shoot." it was crazy cause they ran right by me and I wasn't trying to be in the line of sight. but the guy didn't have anything on him so it was wild they said that
