you clearly don't understand when it comes to a truck being fully loaded especially when the truck involved is probably weighing at least 30 to 50 ton the driver cannot stop on a dime the Tesla driver is 100% at fault here and besides that when are people going to get it through their heads that are fully loaded tipper driver or a semi driver cannot stop just like that
