Honestly why not just move to Korea . Be near the kids . And if his partner or other things are more important than being near his kids than pay for the flights . If he was in Korea he could probably even stay with her the days he wants to be there with the kids . And spend the time with them entirely. If she doesn’t want him staying there even getting a hotel really close by and going right to the kids is an effort

Why would he put in effort when she making it complicated for him to see them it’s her way or no way it’s good he waiting for everything to be done by the law especially when he was a full on present father. That’s the type of things you do to an absent “father” because there no type of relationship with the kids but Luis come on he been there since day one

It’s just so crazy because he still says even before this that he wouldn’t move back to the US which is where the kids were originally so if he’s not gonna move back why does she need to stay there ? “I have to pay for all my flights, my Airbnb’s” like sir you have the money for it and can do it so why not ?? Even if she has crazy stipulations if he wanted to see the kids he would and he has the money/resources to do so

naw let's not jump to conclusions. we don't know the truth. we will never. I'm soon gonna be 39 yrs old. and my mother made it bad for my father. As a mother... woman also gotta make it easy for the dads to see their kids. a lot of women won't let the kids go without any legal agreement. it takes about a year or more to finalize custody at times.

How is he supervised?? It’s 50-50, unless there’s proof then he really needs to be supervised. Which is strange lol. I would not move away and being okay not seeing my kids. Idc what the circumstances is, the kids miss him at the end of the day so I mean he can atleast make an effort even if there’s restrictions tbh. Sadly the kids are the ones that suffer.
