Let me ask you a question say you work on a project using a computer does your face get that job done faster for you? No it’s your brain your work integrity. Showing up for that job. People should never think they are above or anyone. They should not think they are better looking, better dressed, stronger, the way to achieve approach any work or life in situations is with honesty truth integrity and teamwork because nobody is perfect we all have flaws and everyone should be on equal footing and have same standards and opportunities as everyone. That is true leadership in my experience hope this answers your question.
