no it wasn't obvious, he stole the ball from teddy shot it to chigiri who was unmarked then forces a corner kick in which he positions himself perfectly to receive a 2nd ball from the failed header fake a shot and passes to hiori then instantly darts to the far corner post where he is met by the biggest defender England has and the goal keeper going low to block a tap in and instead he snipes it in between a tiny ass gap that most strikers aren't hitting that close with those two in front of you. isagi has never hit a shot like that in his life its always been from beyond the penalty box where is free and clear of people besides the goal keeper so yea its shocking given how he started the entire play and finished it

Bro you read the reason why evb is hyping this up😭 fox literally says “is he creating these lucky spots himself” if isagi is always in a spot where he’s lucky and he’s going to do it all game as a playstyle, it’s going to beat his previous lucky goals. In the u20 match he used the lucky spot rin created by beating sae in a gamble, now isagi is using the lucky spots on the field that HE is creating himself. It’s not rocket science, you can say it’s overhyped but at least understand it.
