Just dx'd 2 months ago but got a weighted blanket a year ago and haven't slept this good in YEARS. Also, don't know if this has anything to do with it, but also keep my bedroom about 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. I blame my heat intolerance, but hey who knows, works for me!

I put knee sleeves on and the feeling stops. before I got the knee sleeves it took me forever to fall asleep. i couldn't handle the weird feeling in my legs
