Love this so much, friend. I can totally relate. 🥹 I worked in a theme park before wfh life and it was totally different, always on the go and nonstop. Wfh didn’t fully change my mentality right away but with time I’ve learned it’s ok to slow down a bit. Grind, lock in and focus but take time to breathe and let things flow when need be. 🫶🏼
