seeing the pictures, I would 100% say this is your fault, and the buyer deserves a refund. In the original Pic, not only do you not see the length of the garment, you also cant see the sleeves. and saying its a jacket is imo a huge misrepresentation of the item youre selling, because that looks like a blouse from where im sitting

Why didn’t you post a picture of the actual top? That makes it seem like you know it’s a top/dress and not a jacket. How it’s described it does not sound like a jacket to me so idk I would refund them especially if it was only $12 and then just learn for next time to be more clear in your pictures and description !!🩵

refund them and change your listing to a button up shirt sleeve shirt. and instead of saying you don't have a table big enough, put it in a hanger and hang it on a door. 🤦🏻♀️

the short sleeves comment doesnt really make sense, how could she miss that it was short sleeved in the photos? length is one thing but the sleeves? she wouldnt consider it to be a jacket because it has short sleeves but shes also upset that its not a jacket?
