Never give up. Save this and send this to someone. Shi Heng Yi is a Shaolin master and the headmaster of the Shaolin Temple Europe, a teacher who has spent his life inside a tradition built on discipline and perseverance. And he's clear about the one mistake that matters most. The worst mistake a person can make, no matter what situation they're in, is to give up. Notice the part that says no matter what situation. He isn't talking about easy days or small setbacks. He means the worst ones. The moments when things look bad, when nothing seems to be working, when quitting feels like the only reasonable option. Here's the logic. In almost any situation, there's still something you can do. A different approach, one more attempt, a small step forward. Giving up is the only choice that removes every one of those options at once. It turns a hard situation into a permanent one. You can lose. You can fail. You can fall behind and still recover, as long as you keep going. The only thing you can't recover from is the decision to stop. Whatever situation you're in right now, don't make the one mistake that makes it final. Keep moving. Speaker: Shi Heng Yi #motivation #mindset #successful #focus #Discipline - @noblementality1
