My theory is that humans began to use and extract spirit energy, and the consequences was that spirits started to die. In thousands and the magic of the world began to die. Bending weakened as human greed rose. Which would have ended humanity in the end. Korra made a decision to save both by causing the cataclysm.

It had to be a reason for her to do what she did. She went through so much I'll never turn my back on her.

my question is why it took 225 years for the 2 girls if an avatar is reborn immediately right after the death of one. could they be killing the avatars?

I think that whilst Korra was travelling or in the Spirit World, people began to use and abuse spiritual energy, and the spirits called on Korra to act, otherwise they would take matters into their own hands. She is the Avatar, the mediator between the Spirit World and humankind, as well as the guardian of the Balance. She probably warned people, but they didn’t listen, and the spirits harmed someone close to Korra, so she set out to destroy everything that was obstructing the flow of energy. This is because, in Pavi and Nishi’s vision, she is destroying the conduits through which the energy flows. The energy that burst forth caused a cataclysm and split the world into seven parts. I think the spirit world and the human world collided, and the balance chakras became blocked.

Just wait; she surely had her reasons for it. She would never just destroy the world for no reason.

No matter what grifters say if the writers don't have a good reason for this it's character assassination. There's no a way character goes from "I had to learn what true suffering was in order to gain compassion for people" To then destroying the world for no reason. She definitely had to have a reason

I would never hate her no matter what. If anything and were to exist to their world, I would be glad to be a villain just to save and protrct her from those ungrateful and selfish humans. How could they do that to the Avatar who's constantly trying her best for balance and peace.

Korra in the Avatar State was too emotional, while Aang was more spiritually connected and mentally composed. Korra often let anger, frustration, and fear dictate her actions, making the Avatar State feel like an emotional power boost. Aang, on the other hand, understood that the Avatar State was more than raw power; it required spiritual balance, discipline, and control. Korra had the power, but Aang had the composure. The difference is that Aang feared losing control of himself, while Korra sometimes had to learn that lesson the hard way.
