Plz never do that in public it’s not correct also inappropriate specially for women. The Haram has defined location for men and women to cut their hair after umrah but in special boxes

Masha Allah may Allah accept their umrah. This practice is when the couple perform the umrah in Islam at the grand Mosque(Haram). The men shave their heard and women cut small portion of their hair. If they married their men buy a scissor and cut it. So you see here husbands cutting their wife’s hair without allowing another man to cut it. If they are single they ask another Muslim woman near by to cut it. 🤲🤲
