Its visions soul from the Hex. It makes sense if Billy and Tommy’s souls survived that Vision’s did too. It would make sense why he appears as a glitch and why he can control electronics, hack computers etc.

I think it’s Zola purely because he’s the only ai that’s already been established in the mcu yet to be brought back to this show. “Oh but he died in winter soldier” and what-if season 1 told us there was a back up Zola, information that has yet to be brought back up
