For those hating on mill maintenance. You operators grip about how long it takes. You get set break times, you are responsible for one machine or line. Maintenance is responsible for everything else, no set break time, has to cut break to work if they even get there break. Plus if you're Electrical maintenance you get the same treatment plus, mechanical maintenance and management comes to you for guidance and workings of equipment. That's why they get payed more. Not trying to be condescending but it is what it is. Want to make the same, go to school for it.

I am leary of how small the front casters are but if the floor is that decent everywhere you have to go its probably fine. one suggestion would be to take the wheels off and attach a maybe ⅛" frame to the bottom. the bottoms of toolboxes arent always that thick and not really designed to roll and turn all the time.

If that toolbox is snap on is worth at least 25-30 k
