hear me out...Vison AI is based on Jim H, and Ultron on Dr. Horton. if all Tony's AIs are based off of someone. and it would mirror the father and son dynamic they got going on. The Client is Jim Hammond AI. he reached out to Vision wanting to "help" him feel. Jim exploded when he felt emotions. And in comics, Visions body was from Jim's.....sooo I'm guessing The Client think by "merging" himself with Vision body, it will turn to flames, and we will have the OG human torch and Vision together.
