My bills are always arriving at over $1200. My family was out all summer and I was only home after work or after my activities outdoors. The bill came at over $1,400. How? We were made to kill our lawns to save water and money and nothing has changed. A home I own out of the country sits on 2 acres it has central AC, a pool, and other amenities and my bill for 2 months was just $120 for electricity. For water I pay about $200 for the entire year. LADWP is robbing us. They charge for water, sewage, sanitation, electricity and Im sure there are hell of other hidden charges. We all need to sue.
