@ssurajthapa: BREAKING: Elon Musk said SpaceX (SPCX) has closed a $40 billion debt deal to pay for the chips it needs to fuel its AI ambitions. “SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs,” Musk wrote in a post on X, referring to Nvidia’s graphics processing units. According to its latest 13F filing, Nvidia held 122,764,805 SpaceX shares at the end of Q2, currently valued at more than $18 billion. An affiliate of Apollo Global Management will buy AI chips and server hardware and lease them to SpaceX. With this deal, SpaceX joins Nvidia’s biggest customers, including leading hyperscalers and neocloud providers such as CoreWeave, Nebius, and IREN.
