Did we not watch the film or read the book? Bella specifically called Rosalie because Edward was talking abortion. Rosalie also had an odd relationship with Bella. She didn’t hate Bella, she was indifferent about her. What Rosalie had a problem with was that Bella openly pursued that life while the others didn’t have that choice. In the book, Rose is actually there because there was a respect formed between her and Bella because Bella wanted to keep the baby and Rose had a soft heart for that sentiment. Even after Bella is turned, Rose is there to be the aunt and godmother while also fulfilling her wishes for a real family where she can watch it grow. She didn’t like Bella but Bella gave her the family she wanted.

Actually according to the books she did like Bella. Also she always wanted to be a mother, and this was her way of being apart of what she most wanted. In the books there was no “dark” intention.
