I volunteered to hand out candy at their house so both of them can take their kids trick or treating together. We’re all happy with that arrangement!

These are great suggestions as usual. I’d love to see a follow up video that addresses what takes a nice offer into a criticism that is no longer helpful. Example: “how about I bring over pizza? I know cooking isn’t really your thing” (said to a mom who cooks dinner all of the time and enjoys it, just does not cook the grandparent’s preferred cuisine or recipes.
