I used to be so ashamed of my dad I was paiseh when other kids go home in nice cars and I went home in a van I used to be so embarrassed by my dad but I wish I can spend more time with my dad back when I was younger

I was ashamed of my ahma fetching me from school because I didn’t like that she’d insist on carrying my bag all the time because I thought i would get made fun of . But now , i go home from school myself and I highly regret not wanting my grandma to fetch me from school in the past. I miss the moments and I’m regretful of everything I said or thought now . I really didn’t appreciate what I had but instead complained about it .
