did you chat him to know why he didn't show up? did you inform him ahead of time before flying in to u.k? why didn't you just go to their matches like other coaches do, and see them after the match to fix the meeting? every man wouldn't react the same way . as a leader you must understand this fact. he might have had a valid reason not to meet up with you. a national team coach is not a god
